HEALTH BENEFITS*
- Medical Care
Employees may choose between two HMO plans (Illinois
residents only), and the ITW self-insured PPO plan.
- Dental Care
Comprehensive coverage for many restorative and
reconstructive services are offered. This also includes
orthodontic benefits for eligible dependents and
100 percent coverage for preventive care.
- Health Care Flexible Spending Account
Lowers your taxable income by reimbursing eligible
and out-of-pocket medical, dental, and vision expenses
on a pretax basis up to $5,000 per year.
- Life Insurance
Basic life insurance is company-paid and covers
1.5 times your annual base pay. Additional coverage
ranges from a minimum of one to a maximum of eight
times your annual base pay and excellent rates are
available.
- 24-hour Nurse Connections Line
Available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to
provide useful, easy-to-understand health information
that can help you make appropriate healthcare decisions.
- Employee Assistance Program
Offers confidential counseling services 24/7.
FAMILY BENEFITS*
- Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account
Lets you lower your taxable income by reimbursing
eligible day care and elder care expenses on a pretax
basis - up to $5,000 per year, per household.
- Dependent Life Insurance
Basic Dependent Life Insurance is company-paid.
Additional Dependent Life Insurance offers four
levels of coverage for your spouse and/or eligible
dependent children.
INVESTMENT BENEFITS*
- Savings Plus 401(k) Plan
Lets you defer up to 50 percent of your pretax salary
dollars. Duo-Fast Construction matches up to 4.5
percent of your contribution; based on your contributing
level.
- Company Basic Contribution of 401 (k)
After one year of employment, employees will start
accumulating between three and six percent (based
on age and years of service) of a Company Basic
Contribution. After three years, employees are 100
percent fully-vested at no cost.
DUO-FAST CONSTRUCTION EXTRAS*
- Tuition Assistance Program
Reimburses 100 percent tuition for approved work-related
courses.
