TERRITORY SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Riverside, CA
Illinois Tool Works has recently been named one of
America's most admired companies by a prominent business
publication. We are looking for a Territory Sales
Representative in our Southern California Market to
help maintain this standing at one of our leading
divisions, Duo-Fast Construction. Duo-Fast Construction
is an industry leading manufacturer of cordless and
pneumatic fastening systems for new home construction
and remodeling applications.
As a Territory Sales Representative for Duo-Fast
Construction, the individual's primary function will
be qualifying, prospecting, and closing large potential
framers, contractors, and hybrid customers in the
Southern California counties of Riverside, San Bernardino,
Los Angeles, and Orange.
As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be
responsible for supporting sales at the retail, home
center, and lumberyard locations within the territories.
To drive sales you will be responsible for the following
duties:
- Actively call on job sites and promoting the Duo-Fast
product line to end-users
- Calling on management, purchasing, and other individuals
within the supply chain in order to close sales
at large framers and contractors
- Support the retail channel including training
and the formulation and support of promotional activities
- Reporting back to management and other administrative
functions sales results
Requirements
Qualified candidates will have a bachelor's degree,
at least 3 years of sales experience, and demonstrate
strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership
skills. All candidates must be bilingual in the Spanish
language, live within the territory, and proficient
with Microsoft Word and Excel. Individual is required
to have a valid driver's license and a clean driving
record.
